AGILITY Training
This is what we assess first. We want to see you move! We want to see you move in your element (Sport), in your sports practices, under pressure, with no pressure and in the gym. This allows us to better understand the athlete we are working with. It allows us to see the habits you have developed: both positive and negative. When we look at your movement, we look at how you sequence throughout your body, we assess where you initiate your movement from, and we assess inefficiencies in your strategies.

STRENGTH
Once we have a grasp on your movement strategies, we assess your ability to exert forces through those strategies. We look for deficiencies in your power output in lower and upper extremity movements. We assess you in your sport, and we run you through a battery of tests to gauge your abilities better.

POPULAR QUESTIONS
Getting Started
Speed
Getting you from point A to point B in the fastest way possible. Speed skills: without the ability to accelerate and maintain that acceleration, agility and strength can become fruitless. We develop speed at all phases of sprinting; initial acceleration, acceleration, top speed, and deceleration.

Can muscle types be changed to increase speed?
Endurance
Our endurance programs are based on the latest research and are monitored consistently. We develop an athletes’ ATP-PC system, Glycolytic system and Aerobic systems appropriately and specifically to enable them to sustain motion for longer periods of time.Â
PLAN AND DETAILS
| Short term endurance | Sports that last under an hour |

| Long term endurance | Marathons and tournaments |
| Recovery | Sentence |
POPULAR QUESTIONS
Technique
This is our bread and butter: what we have spent the last 15 years perfecting, tinkering with, and assessing.Â
Our technique is one of a kind. It is based on both practical and theoretical concepts and has been published in the scientific community.
As well, it is being pursued via a doctorate degree to bring to you a movement strategy that will allow you to take the next step. We use a proximal to distal movement methodology, while understanding the influence of the distal movers and neurological barricades placed in front of us over time.
